Philadelphia mass shooting: 3 dead, about a dozen injured
According to several reports, at least three individuals were killed and almost a dozen others were injured in a shooting incident in Philadelphia on Saturday evening.
Authorities arrived just before midnight in the South Street neighbourhood
where they discovered multiple gunmen, one of them was firing into a throng of people, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Philadelphia Police Department Inspector D.F. Pace stated 14 people had been shot, three of whom died.
According to the report, a Philadelphia police officer fired at least one shot at the man before fleeing.
No arrests were made at the site, though police say the initial suspect is a woman.
According to the report, she was last seen driving a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas with the NJ licence plate K88-EUL.
